Pantheria was founded on a simple conviction: the quality of a financial decision depends not only on analysing each component individually, but on understanding how they interact as a whole. Financing structures, financial models, legal documentation and due diligence cannot be treated independently. They are interconnected, and each decision influences the others.
Pantheria was created to provide integrated financial advisory, combining strategic thinking, rigorous analysis and practical transaction experience.
Six principles that shape every engagement.
Complex financial decisions require more than financial expertise. They require a thorough understanding of financial, legal, tax, technical, commercial, environmental and institutional considerations that constantly interact. Pantheria works across these disciplines, bridging expertise, challenging assumptions and contributing to the design of financing and contractual solutions that are robust, bankable and aligned with the client's objectives.
Independent advice requires independent thinking. Pantheria does not promote predefined solutions. Every recommendation is developed through objective analysis, constructive challenge and careful assessment of alternative scenarios, with the sole objective of serving the client's long-term interests.
An engineering education develops more than analytical skills. It fosters a structured, adaptable and solution-oriented way of thinking, enabling complex problems to be understood quickly, challenged rigorously and translated into practical, implementable solutions. Combined with financial expertise, this approach allows Pantheria to navigate unfamiliar industries and bridge technical, commercial and financial perspectives.
Every engagement is driven by a single objective: serving the client's best interests. Pantheria is committed to building long-term relationships founded on trust, responsiveness and unwavering dedication. Whether designing a financing structure, building a financial model or supporting a transaction through to Financial Close, every assignment receives the same level of care, independence and professional commitment.
Meaningful advice begins by questioning assumptions rather than accepting them. Pantheria systematically challenges assumptions, financial models, legal documentation, due diligence reports and proposed financing structures to identify inconsistencies, hidden risks and opportunities that might otherwise remain overlooked.
Complexity should never become an obstacle to decision-making. Pantheria transforms intricate financial, technical and contractual issues into clear analyses that support informed decisions. The objective is not to simplify the issues themselves, but to make complex decisions clearer, more robust and actionable.

Her career is built on three complementary pillars: project finance and structured finance within a tier-one international investment bank, public sector advisory at the French Ministry of Economy and Finance and the European Commission, and independent financial advisory through Pantheria.
She has worked on complex financings ranging from several hundred million to several billion euros and US dollars, across the energy, natural resources, infrastructure, transport and industrial sectors in Europe, Africa and the Middle East, involving international commercial banks, Development Finance Institutions, Export Credit Agencies and public authorities.
Caroline graduated from Ecole Centrale, one of France's top engineering schools. She has further strengthened this engineering foundation through specialised technical courses and continuing education, reflecting a commitment to continuously expanding her expertise across engineering, finance and adjacent disciplines.
